Born in Hong Kong in 2013, Vivienneau reimagines enduring bridal elegance through a French lens. Restrained silhouettes, natural lustre and hand-finished details allow every bride to feel entirely herself — and entirely unforgettable.

About the atelier · Making
Each gown moves through a precise sequence of draping, fitting, construction and hand finishing. These photographs document the work as it happens in our atelier.
Before cutting, the fabric is laid flat and the pattern pieces are aligned with its grain. Embroidered lace is handled separately: individual motifs are cut around their edges, positioned on the dress form and pinned in place so the pattern follows the neckline, waist and seams.
Lace, beads, sequins and dimensional flowers are attached section by section. Their spacing is checked as the work progresses, keeping the decoration balanced without making the fabric stiff or unnecessarily heavy.
The cut panels are assembled with the lining, cups, boning and fastenings. At each fitting we check the neckline, shoulder line, waist and hem, then refine the gown so it remains secure and comfortable while walking, sitting and turning.
Our materials
Satin gives a clean, fluid outline; organza supports sculpted shapes; soft tulle builds light volume; and lace brings pattern and texture. We assess weight, drape, transparency and how every material responds in daylight and evening light before it becomes part of a gown.
